We stayed in the new Shepherds Hut for the night. It was a nice cosy hut with traditional features and a log burning fire that kept the hut nice and warm. The hut also came with coffee and tea facilities which was nice. The campsite has very nice modern shower facilities and large open grounds. It is also within walking distance of a lovely country pub and driving distance to Hever Castle. Great place and would definitely recommend!
Max WWe went bank holiday weekend and as most people know, camping bank holidays can be a bit of a nightmare! Yes, you’re under the flight path but after a couple of hours, you don’t notice the planes. Staff are so helpful and run it brilliantly. Showers are the best I have ever seen on a campsite and were always clean. A breakfast van was laid on for the bank holiday weekend and the food was amazing. I can't wait for our return visit.
